CUSTOMER LOGIN & FTP

We welcome your digital files. Please read the following information and instructions for fast and easy file transfers.

Login Information:
Hostname: ftp.bizprintpdx.com
Username: bizprint
Password: bizprintpdx

Most email servers have a file size limit of 3-5MB. For files larger than 3MB, we recommend using FTP for faster transmission and less chance of file corruption.

The time it takes for the files to copy will depend on the file sizes and your internet speed.

We recommend compressing multiple files into a single archive using WinZip (Windows) or StuffIt (Mac), or other utility. This makes the upload/download process much faster and prevents file corruption, especially when sending font files.

Windows PC Users:

The easiest method of FTP is with the Internet Explorer browser.

1. Start Internet Explorer

2. In the address bar enter: ftp.bizprintpdx.com

3. When prompted for a username and password, enter the login information to the left.

You are now in our FTP directory. To keep things organized, please create a new folder by right-clicking your mouse and choosing New Folder. Please name your folder with your company name or other relevant name.

Locate the files on your computer and drag them into the new folder you just made in our FTP directory. This will copy them from your computer to our FTP server.

When you are done using FTP, send us an email at graphics@bizprintpdx.com so we know your files are there. If you have any questions, don't be afraid to ask. Call us at 503-235-3167 and ask for the Graphics Department. We're here to help!

Macintosh Users:

The easiest method of FTP is using an FTP client such as Fetch, or other utility.

To connect to our FTP site, enter the login information to the left. Please follow the instructions and documentation for your FTP client to transfer files.

To keep things organized, please create a new folder by right-clicking your mouse and choosing New Folder. Please name your folder with your company name or other relevant name.
